Dr S.C.Wong (Mandy)

    Mandy is an industrial and organizational psychologist who obtained her Bachelor Degree (Honors), Master Degree and PhD in Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National University Malaysia. She has been teaching psychology subjects since 2002. Currently she is teaching Organizational Culture, Psychology for Marketing and Research Method for postgraduate and undergraduate Psychology programs in Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.    

    Mandy research interest areas are work stress, leadership, marketing and organizational behavior.  She has presented and published her work on work stress, leadership and organizational behavior at various conferences and journal articles.  Apart from that, she was involved in few market studies for retail in Malaysia which focused on shopper buying behavior and preferences.
