    Mary's recent research interests centre on processing style in Autism Spectrum Disorders and the relationships between personality, mood and emotion. Mary is interested in studying the differences in the way that people think and how this can explain different behaviours.

    Mary is the Psychology Undergraduate Programme Director (Edinburgh Campus) and leads four courses:

      • Social Cognition and Personality (undergraduate course).
      • Cognition and Emotion (undergraduate course).
      • Personality, Society and Behaviour (masters course).
      • Autism (masters course).
